In Gaza strip Young guys from the refugees camps they were students when they decided to launch the Global Help Initiative for Palestine (HI).
Now in the start of the second year after a year was full of the hard work to help the Palestinian people the children the needy. Now Our dreams became facts on the ground. We are Global we have supporters and members from all over the world we got support from generous individuals and yes all our funds were by great individuals in the first year.

But its different in the second year not only because we have Arabians who support donate and sponsor Gazans children! Now HI is funded by a great respected British foundation (Helping Hands) . Its the first work between the Helping Hands and a Palestinian organization. Helping Hands will support the administrative costs of HI for one year. Not that only also they want HI to be their official partners in Gaza and help them to make connections with other organizations.

HI started a project with this funds (Reinforcing Dialogue And Civil Rescue Conception Project) it aims to reinforcing the values & concepts of dialogue and dissemination the culture of civil peace among youth at rural areas in Gaza strip.
The implementation of the project is in cooperation with AL-Manal Society For Development the Provincial Women.

Mr. Amro Hassouna the vice chairman of HI and the coordinator of the project in Gaza said that already we started the project at 1/2/2010 and finished the first stage which was training in moderations skills for 12 male and female youth and we are working now to start the next stage.

Mr. Mahmoud Mosbeh from AL-Manal Society For Development the Provincial Women said that its great that young guys like HI team is doing their best to help their people under this critical situation and the unfair siege on Gaza. This project is helping the community in many fields also its providing jobs for unemployed youths in Gaza strip. Thanks for HI and thanks for the administration of the Helping Hands foundation for their support to the people of Gaza.


We are trying to create a new phenomena in the humanitarian work and in the first of the second year we started to achieve our dreams to help our people. Its not that easy to make a connection with a foundation from another part in the world specially that we didnt visit Europe or USA all our work is under the siege. The support of the individuals helped us to work and to be trusted from many people and organizations inside Gaza and outside.


Thanks for Mr. Mohammd Ashfaq from Helping Hands foundation who gave us his hand and decided to support us although that we didnt work before with International organizations. Thanks for the great administration of the Helping Hands for their support to the needy people all over the world and NOW in Gaza.


Special thanks for sister Yvonne Ridley who helped HI from the first day of our start and helped us to make this connection with Helping Hands. Also sis Yvonne made a fundraiser in UK this week and decided to split the money between HI and Interpal (a British charity).
HI is really a success story founded by young guys inside the regufees camps in Gaza. Thanks for all those great people who support us
